Welcome to MA.P.L.E. Academy!
We are delighted to introduce MA.P.L.E. Academy, our new preschool/pre-k program designed for children ages 2 – 4. Rooted in our M.A.P.L.E. philosophy, M.A.P.L.E. Academy provides a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children develop through play, creativity and discovery.
Schedule
- Classes run Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Families may choose 1, 2 or 5 days per week
- Enrollment is limited to ensure personalized attention and small group learning
Our Program
Each day at M.A.P.L.E. Academy offers a thoughtful balance of guided activities and free exploration, designed to build confidence, independence, and early academic readiness.
Your child will experience:
- Music & Movement – exposure to rhythm, singing and listening to enrich early learning
- Art Exploration – hands-on projects that spark creativity and develop fine motor skills
- Early Literacy – storytelling, pre-reading skills and letter recognition to foster a love of language
- Early Math Concepts – play-based introduction to numbers, patterns and counting
- Yoga & Physical Education – gentle movement and active play for strength and coordination
- Social & Emotional Development – building cooperation, independence and problem-solving in a supportive setting

Enrollment is now open. Spaces are limited to maintain quality and individual attention.
Preschool/Pre-K Readiness
To help ensure the best experience for every child, M.A.P.L.E. Academy requires a Pre-Enrollment Session before a child can be considered for enrollment. This visit allows our team to observe your child, learn about their needs, and confirm program readiness.
- Current Members
If your child is already attending M.A.P.L.E. Adventures, those visits may serve as part of the readiness process.
- New Members
For families who have recently joined but haven’t yet attended, any M.A.P.L.E. Adventure may serve as a Pre-Enrollment Session once your child is ready.
- Non-Members
Families may schedule a Pre-Enrollment Session by purchasing a standard or mini Adventure visit (starting at $9.99).
Please note: Completion of a Pre-Enrollment Session does not guarantee admission. Enrollment decisions are based on program readiness, classroom dynamics, and available space.
M.A.P.L.E. Academy is designed as a small-group, play-based preschool/pre-k experience. To ensure each child can thrive in our program, we look for the following signs of readiness:
- Able to participate in short group activities (e.g., story time)
- Able to follow simple directions from teachers
- Demonstrates safe behavior in a group setting
- Can interact with peers in an age-appropriate way
- Shows emerging independence in basic routines (snack, transitions, play)
Readiness looks different for every child, and our team will partner with families to determine whether M.A.P.L.E. Academy is the right fit.

What if my child isn’t ready yet?
If we feel the timing isn’t right, we’ll share our observations and suggestions with you. Families are welcome to return for another readiness review in the future. In the meantime, attending M.A.P.L.E. Adventures can be a wonderful way for children to build the social, emotional, and developmental foundations that prepare them for a more structured preschool program. Our guided play approach naturally supports skills like listening, following directions, cooperating with peers, and building confidence.
